The wall is closed and sealed before the next one comes out. Your house is never sitting open — which is also why a January install is not the problem people assume it is.
Floors covered before anything comes out
Old units, frames and packaging leave with us the same day. You are not left with a pile at the curb waiting on a second truck.
Finished the same visit
Interior trim and exterior capping are done before we leave. There is no separate trip to come back and finish the parts that show.
The date is in the contract
If it has to move, you hear it from us with a reason and a new date — before you have to ask.
Estimate
Every opening measured and photographed, installation method confirmed on the spot. Written quote holds for 30 days.
Technical remeasure
The price does not change at this stage. A measurement error is ours to absorb, not yours to pay for.
Fabrication
Built in Ontario to your sizes. Five to seven weeks for bay, bow and custom colour.
Installation
Half a day for a single opening. The date was written into your contract when you signed it.
Service
Warranty work on the vinyl, the sealed unit, the hardware and the installation itself.
